Long-term rental is based on renting an apartment or room for a period of at least 6 months.
Reservations are made at the reception desk by signing the contract for the period preferred by the guest.
The standard room equipment is:
Bed (couch type) or double bed, desk + chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, flat screen TV and bedside table with lamp
- Kitchen with comfortable cupboards and shelves and a fridge, induction hob, cordless kettle, kitchen utensils (cutlery, plates, cups)
- Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine
- Access to wireless internet
The sizes of flats range from 18 m2 to 73 m2, and prices start from 1,200 PLN gross per month. What's more, the price includes utilities with a monthly limit: cold water 2 m3, hot water 1 m3, electricity 70 kWh and internet. The above media limits accumulate and are settled at the end of the contract, which means that the unused ones are transferred to the next month! In addition, we also recommend renting a parking space in the underground garage at PLN 300 gross per month.
